Self-Awareness through
Life's Transitions

Join us at the Utopian New Harmony Inn for Rest, Renewal & Re-Visioning

September 20 - 22, 2024

Optional Add-on September 19

Why Choose Spirited Aging?

Join us as we engage sustained sacred space to listen to our body and heart, release what no longer serves us, and learn the concepts and tools that allow a spirited aging process! Spirited aging requires a solid foundation, so we will explore how our limiting beliefs link to past concepts of aging. We will learn to get out of our way as our bodies naturally move toward letting go of youth and embrace the self awareness that comes with an aging body. We will cultivate connection with our emotional and spiritual self through learning deep listening within and without. Our inner knowing will then guide us toward creating a powerful and spirited attitude as we embrace "the journey of aging." A weekend dedicated to the serenity of moving toward Pure Awareness as we dissolve into the Oneness of All That Is.

What You’re Going To Learn

Deep Listening

· Look into your childhood dreams and what has and has not been lived.

· Look into your past and present concepts of aging and "old age."

· Recognizing what fears are holding you back from embracing your present age.

· Practice methods for identifying and listening to your inner knowing.

· Cultivate body-based listening, intuition and action.

· Recognize your unity with nature and others.

· See your life through the "Inner Eye."

· Discover the vitality of embracing aging.

Serenity

· Learn to move the body effectively to reset the fight or flight response.

· Discover the power of living from your inner knowing.

· Cultivate acceptance of the joys and the challenges of life and aging.

· Engage physical, emotional and spiritual release of what no longer serves.

· Rewrite stories of challenge to stories of resiliency.

· Understand boundaries and release codependent patterns.

· Enjoy and learn to create more sustained sacred spaces and environments for insight and steady-state living.

Intuitive Living

· Harness "your one wild and precious life" (M. Oliver) in the Now.

· Transcend obstacles to living your best life with confidence and clarity.

· Discover the power of guided visualization.

· Practice contemplative and meditative techniques for understanding your experiences.

· Learn techniques for connecting with All that Is.

· Write your intention on your subconscious mind and create a vow to live in your Truth as you embrace all of life--birth to death.

· Move from attachments into Pure Awareness.

    What Our Clients Are Saying

I attended . . . hoping to receive growth on my spiritual journey. I gained clarity and I am beginning to set intentions to move toward this vision. This retreat was fun and self-revealing. The opportunity to share and experience others’ stories helped me realize we all have wounds and we all can grow.

    – C. B.

When I signed up for the retreat, I was looking for new ways to find myself/spirituality. The retreat flowed well and was very holistic. I felt very empowered and inspired by people sharing/validating on a deep level—I felt I found friendships and mentors. The agenda flow and breaks where I could easily go back to my room

    and reset were helpful.

    – B. E.

Everyone participating made me feel included with no judgment. The facilitators were open, warm and made the experience feel very individualized and inclusive at the same time. The difference in ages and different, diverse life paths was an aspect that I liked most about the program. The most valuable thing I gained was the acceptance to be me.

    – M. G.

This investment was a big one for me, but I hoped to get more energy, respite, and to figure out how to move forward. I wanted to get deeper into the things I heard Renee and Jan talk about online. This retreat was life changing and life affirming! I learned I CAN do this work, I am NOT completely broken, and I left with new friends and lots of tools to develop. The body work, meditations and music added to the experience. Loved it! Great job! More please!

    – J. K.
